Opportunity to apply knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and electronics. **Job Title** **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Reports To** PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER **Department** MAINTENANCE **Location** Monterrey Plant (Escobedo) **Job Purpose** Provide specialized support to your assigned BU to maintain equipment in optimal operating condition and free from safety, quality, and production risks. Identify and implement actions to reduce downtime and detect/correct potential quality risks within your BU, aiming for productivity, quality, and safety. **Key Responsibilities Summary** Maintain machinery in good operating condition by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Track required spare parts and/or materials for executing these activities. Provide feedback on preventive plans by adding comments to work orders, then forward the information to your supervisor or maintenance planner for follow-up. Correct defects assigned by your maintenance planner within the allotted time. Manage necessary spare parts, collect technical specification data, record intervention times, and correct defects. Participate in failure analysis (BDE) for your BU ***Specific Knowledge:*** * Industrial Mechanics * Industrial Electricity * Electro-pneumatics * Basic Electronics * Metrology * SAP * Industrial Safety (LOTO, High-Risk Work Permits) * BPMs / 5 “S” * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ***Skills/Abilities:*** * Service-oriented attitude. * Communication. * Teamwork. * Working under pressure. * Leadership. * Proactivity. * Willingness to work overtime and rotate shifts. * Failure analysis (BDE). **Education** Professional or Technical Degree in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electromechanics; 2–5 years of experience in industrial mechanical activities **Experience** More than 2 years in the Food Industry (preferred)
