Position Summary: We are seeking a Cargo Inspector/Validator to review and validate invoices, inspect cargo, identify discrepancies, and ensure adherence to internal policies. Key Highlights: 1. Review and validate invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents accurately. 2. Inspect packed goods and ensure compliance with quality standards. 3. Collaborate on correcting deviations and ensure regulatory compliance. **Competencies:** We are a national wholesale telecommunications distributor with physical presence across Mexico and within Nuevo León. We are currently seeking a **CARGO INSPECTOR/VALIDATOR**. **Education:** **Completed high school diploma or technical degree in logistics, administration, or related field; or incomplete bachelor's degree.** **Experience:** 1–2 years in warehouse operations, quality control, document validation, or logistics. * Review and validate invoices against purchase orders and shipping documents. * Verify that packed goods match the purchase order and comply with quality standards. * May assist in the goods receipt process by cross-checking documentation and physical quantities. * Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in products. * Document findings and generate quality control reports. * Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to correct deviations. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. * Prepare warehouse KPI reports. **Knowledge:** * Handling of shipping documents (invoices, shipping guides, purchase orders). * Warehouse processes and inventory control. * Basic office software tools (Excel, ERP). **Competencies:** * Attention to detail and documentary accuracy. * Organization and discipline in processes. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Honesty and accountability. * Professional appearance. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturday half-day, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
