Job Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience in consultative, face-to-face, and telephone sales, preferably within the education sector. * Residence near Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Polanco work zone, or willingness to commute to the work location without difficulty. * Proficiency in CRM or Salesforce. * Completed high school diploma. * Competencies: extroverted, responsible, committed, articulate, and productive. Job Responsibilities: * Conduct consultative sales of educational services, either in person or via telephone. * Provide personalized attention to prospective clients, identifying their needs and offering customized solutions. * Effectively address client objections and successfully close sales. * Maintain up-to-date client databases in CRM or Salesforce. Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time workday of 8 hours + 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays, half-day from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM We Offer: ***Hybrid Work Model: You may work remotely for 2 days and on-site for 4 days, based on performance*** Earnings you can achieve through your strong sales skills ***exceeding $20,000 MXN, comprising:*** Base Salary: $9,500 MXN gross + uncapped, attractive commission payments. * Direct employment with the company. * Statutory benefits and enhanced benefits: food vouchers, 14 vacation days, and 22 days of year-end bonus. * 100% tuition scholarship for language studies and Health Membership, effective upon signing an indefinite-term contract and after 6 months of seniority.
