Collaborative role working with development and operations teams We are looking for a **Java L3 Support Engineer** with strong experience in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting of critical production environments. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in Java technologies and experience collaborating with development, infrastructure, and operations teams. Responsibilities * Provide L2/L3 support for Java\-based applications in production environments. * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical incidents and production issues. * Monitor application stability and ensure system availability. * Perform log analysis, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting activities. * Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation. * Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and improvements. * Participate in deployments, post\-release validations, and maintenance activities. * Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures. * Track and manage tickets while ensuring SLA compliance. Required Skills * Experience providing L2/L3 support for Java applications. * Strong knowledge of: * Java * SQL * UNIX / Linux * Hibernate * Spring Framework * Struts * Experience with version control and CI/CD tools: * Git * Jenkins * Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. * Ability to work in high\-pressure environments and handle critical incidents. * Experience working in Agile environments. Nice to Have * Knowledge of application monitoring and performance tuning. * Experience with enterprise systems and distributed architectures. * Familiarity with ITIL processes or incident management practices.
