Position Summary:
Unit Price and Budget Analyst: Prepares, analyzes, and quotes projects; participates in tenders; and collaborates on economic feasibility studies.

* **Prepare unit prices and baseline budgets** for tender or pre\-construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
* **Analyze costs and productivity** of materials and resources, integrating conceptual and basic engineering technical data.
* **Quote materials and supplies**, and maintain up\-to\-date supplier price databases.
* **Prepare technical and economic proposals** for public or private tenders, ensuring compliance with specifications and guidelines.
* **Participate in technical site visits, clarification meetings, and proposal presentations**, as well as contract formalization.
* **Collaborate on economic feasibility studies**, and develop cost and sensitivity scenarios to support bid\/no\-bid decisions.
**Requirements and Competencies**
* **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields, with professional license.
* **Experience:** Typically requires a minimum of 6 months to 2 years in unit price analysis, construction budgeting, or tendering.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in specialized software such as OPUS, NEODATA, or advanced Excel; ability to perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimations.
* **Personal Competencies:** Analytical ability, results orientation, effective communication, negotiation skills, initiative, problem solving, and attention to detail.
Salary: $11,208\.56 \- $23,603\.70 per month
