Job Summary: Sears is seeking a Visual Specialist to ensure an attractive and consistent in-store presentation, design displays and window exhibits, and execute visual campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the visual presentation and attractive ambiance of the store. 2. Design and assembly of eye-catching and creative displays and window exhibits. 3. Creation and execution of visual campaigns aligned with marketing. **Sears is hiring a Visual Merchandiser at Galerías Monterrey \- Monterrey, Nuevo León** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SEARS GALERIAS MONTERREY IS SEEKING: VISUAL SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for the store’s visual presentation, ensuring an attractive and consistent ambiance. * Design and organization of product displays to facilitate sales. * Design and assembly of eye-catching and creative window exhibits. * Creation and execution of visual campaigns aligned with marketing guidelines. * Proficiency in marketing guidelines and their accurate implementation across all store channels. * Generation and submission of reports related to display effectiveness and status. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in design, visual communication, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Visual Specialist or in display-related activities within department stores or boutiques. * Knowledge of marketing, window exhibit assembly, mannequins, lifestyle representation in large-format retail, merchandise placement, and advertising material installation. * Availability: Monday through Saturday.
