Job Summary: We are seeking a Group Credit Supervisor to manage and supervise advisors involved in credit promotion, disbursement, and collections, guiding clients and processing credit renewals. We are recruiting: **GROUP CREDIT SUPERVISOR** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage advisors in group credit promotion, disbursement, and collections. * Monitor and process credit renewals with advisors. * Identify client needs and questions to guide them toward the best credit options and usage. * Client service (advising new and existing clients). **We Offer:** Base salary + biweekly bonus scheme — no cap! Minimum experience: Similar roles in credit sales or field collections. Skills: Information analysis, client service, goal-oriented work, integrity, eagerness to learn and grow within this great company. Schedule availability: 80% fieldwork, 20% office.
