**Responsibilities** * Sort bed linens, towels, and garments by type and degree of soiling. * Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and irons safely and efficiently. * Apply appropriate detergents, stain removers, and disinfectants for textile cleaning. * Fold, organize, and store clean laundry properly. * Maintain inventory records of linens and report losses or damage. * Assist in the placement and distribution of linens in guest rooms and common areas. * Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and safe for work. * Report equipment malfunctions to the appropriate staff. * Cover the housekeeper's weekly day off **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior laundry experience (preferred but not required). * Proactive attitude and attention to detail. * Ability to work in an organized manner and under pressure.
