Position Summary: Preparation of beverages according to recipes while maintaining service, cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of supplies, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proper handling of equipment General Position Objective: Preparation of beverages according to recipes; maintenance of service, cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of supplies; operational support as needed. Meeting guest needs to the best extent possible. * Recipe adherence and tracking. * Correct completion of checklists. * Comprehensive, efficient, and effective guest-oriented service. * Sales-focused communication (seasonally adjusted). * Proper equipment handling (operation). Working hours: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off, either from 9 AM to 3 PM or from 3 PM to 9 PM.
