Description
**Job Objective**
Ensure maximum availability, reliability, and safety of the vehicle fleet (tank trucks, cylinder delivery trucks, and utility vehicles) through proper planning, execution, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations.
**Main Responsibilities**
* **Plan and supervise** preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the fleet.
* **Coordinate the mechanic team**, assigning daily tasks and evaluating performance.
* **Ensure compliance** with applicable Mexican Official Standards for LPG vehicles (e.g., NOM-005-SESH, NOM-007-SESH, physical-mechanical and emissions standards).
* **Diagnose complex failures** in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and air brake systems.
* **Supervise proper operation** of gas transfer systems (pumps, power take-offs, and valves) on vehicles.
* **Maintain up-to-date maintenance records** for each company vehicle.
**Required Profile (Requirements)**
* **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical degree (completed).
* **Experience:** Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar roles managing heavy-duty fleets.
* **Essential Technical Knowledge:**
* Diesel engines (Isuzu, International, etc.) and air brake systems.
* LPG engines.
* Hydraulic and pumping systems for power take-off (PTO).
* SCT regulations and safety standards for LPG transportation.
* Proficiency in maintenance management software and intermediate Excel.

Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
