Translation and interpretation of technical instructions (English-Spanish). **Junior Implementation Desk Engineer** **Objective:** Ensure, through fluent English and Spanish communication, the accurate execution, documentation, and translation of technical activities related to remote and on-site support, telecommunications infrastructure, domain reviews, system imaging, and coordination with Field Engineers. **Experience:** 1 year of experience in help desk, NOC, or bilingual technical support roles, preferably in the telecommunications sector. * Hardware and software support, * Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, * Remote diagnostics. * System imaging. * Domain management and technical documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and office productivity tools. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and provide remote support to field engineers for telecommunications and technical support tasks. * Handle technical tickets and requests related to hardware, software, and networking. * Translate and interpret technical instructions, manuals, and procedures between English and Spanish. * Validate evidence and ensure proper documentation.
