**HVAC Technician Wanted** **Responsibilities:** * Proficiency in the complete process of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and refrigeration system installation and repair. Familiarity with routine cleaning and inspection tasks for HVAC systems. * Identify faults in HVAC systems, diagnose problems, and repair or replace defective components. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. * Knowledge of proper refrigeration practices and refrigerant handling. * Conduct operational testing and adjustments on HVAC systems. * Install new heating and refrigeration systems, including assembly and disassembly. * Tool and equipment handling: welding equipment, measuring instruments, HVAC system instrumentation, proper use of hand and power tools, including diagnostic equipment. * Industrial process variables such as pressure, temperature, humidity, pH, and instrumentation for measuring, reading, and interpreting these variables. Ability and knowledge to operate air handling unit control systems. * Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance reports; familiarity with industrial equipment maintenance programs.
