What do you need to join us? • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field. (Preference given to candidates with a Master’s degree or diploma in Organizational Development) • Leadership skills, emotional intelligence, comprehensive knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Official Mexican Standards (NOMs), regulations, contracts, training, and development. • Time management and organizational skills • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and Excel proficiency. • Pre-payroll preparation • Experience developing process manuals What do we offer? • Competitive salary: $17,000 – $20,000 (based on qualifications and experience) + bonuses (punctuality, attendance, etc.). • Statutory benefits, direct hiring, and option for an indefinite-term contract. • Subsidized cafeteria service. • Performance-based incentives • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
