Job Summary: TotalPass is seeking an Execution Specialist to enhance product delivery to the market, collaborating with teams to optimize strategies and ensure results execution. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and tracking of sales and pricing strategies. 2. Field accompaniment to evaluate performance and identify objections. 3. At TotalPass, we are looking for an **Execution Specialist** to work closely with our corporate and gym teams to understand and improve how we bring our products to market—and you will be responsible for minimizing the time between strategy development and results delivery. **What Will You Do in This Role?** * **Strategy Monitoring:** Track new sales plans and pricing strategies closely, ensuring compliance with rate tables and policies. * **Field Accompaniment:** Participate in sales calls and meetings to assess strategy performance and identify real-time market objections. * **Visibility and Data:** Define and create tracking dashboards to visualize strategy adoption and its immediate impact. * **Friction Management:** Identify and report operational bottlenecks hindering smooth execution of demand-generation initiatives. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Experience:** 2–4 years in Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Sales Team Management. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a strong analytical foundation. **Key Competencies:** * Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. * Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or CRM Analytics) is desirable. * Functional knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting. * Training methodologies. * Mapping and optimization of commercial workflows. * High-level communication skills. ### **Benefits You Can Expect:** * Direct employment with the company, fully salaried payroll scheme. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Membership (TP5\) granting access to \+7000 gyms. * Grocery vouchers. * 15 vacation days starting from the first year. * 5 additional rest days. * Birthday Day Off. * Extended maternity and paternity leave. * Semi-annual performance bonus. * Discounts with partner organizations. * Payroll advance platform. * Hybrid work model 4X1 (4 days in office / 1 day remote). **We’re eager to meet you—apply through this channel, and if there’s a match, we’ll contact you for an initial screening.** **Dare to experience being part of the TotalPass Team!**
