Description
\* Education: Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer.
\* Minimum 3 years of experience in the design and coordination of electrical installations for residential, commercial, or mixed developments.
\* Responsibilities:
• Design medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems, lighting, outlets, power circuits, switchboards, grounding systems, lightning protection systems, etc.
• Prepare construction drawings, single-line diagrams, calculation reports, and technical specifications.
• Verify electrical compatibility with project requirements (capacity, loads, usage types, future expansion).
• Coordinate with CFE for feasibility studies, interconnection agreements, technical opinions, and service connection projects.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOM\-001\-SEDE), Grid Code, and local regulations.
• Participate in the selection of electrical equipment (transformers, switchgear, switchboards, protective devices, etc.).
• Coordinate with plumbing, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Provide on-site support during installation, conduit routing, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Perform technical adjustments or redesigns when field conditions or project changes arise.
• Maintain up-to-date electrical technical documentation in project files.
Technical knowledge:
• Design of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems
• Preparation of load calculation and voltage drop calculation reports
• Software: AutoCAD, Dialux (preferred), Revit MEP (preferred), technical Excel
• In-depth knowledge of NOM\-001\-SEDE, Grid Code, RCDF, and NTC standards for electrical installations
• Interpretation of single-line diagrams and interdisciplinary coordination.
