We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant: a person with a service-oriented attitude, positive energy, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences. If you enjoy helping others and are motivated to work in a dynamic environment, this is your place! What will you be doing? Download databases from Intelisis (Service and HyP) and conduct calls to administer surveys within 72 hours. Register, track, and close complaints using the VOC form. Generate customer satisfaction KPIs and report to the Customer Service Management team. Immediately notify HyP Advisors and Management of complaints for prompt resolution. Receive and handle in-person and telephone complaints. Serve customers following the 7-step complaint handling process. Support on onboarding activities and general department tasks. What are we looking for in you? Customer service experience. Proficiency in file management and administrative tasks. Excellent service attitude and communication skills.
