With 35 years of experience, we are strengthening our sales team to reach new clients in a more structured way. Your primary objective is to identify projects and secure meetings with decision-makers for our specialists. You will be responsible for enriching our database and ensuring no prospect goes unattended. **Daily Responsibilities** * Identify new construction projects, performing and cultural venues, universities, streaming studios, or corporate space renovations. * Engage with architects, project directors, and producers to present our services. * Confirm that prospects have a genuine need, defined budget, and timeline before scheduling appointments. * Record every contact, call, and progress update in our system. Maintaining a clean and up-to-date database is an essential part of your daily routine. * Monitor prospects not yet ready for meetings by sending relevant information to keep engagement active. **What We’re Looking For** * **Experience:** 1–2 years in prospecting, customer service, or B2B sales. * **Digital Skills:** Proficient use of CRM (mandatory), LinkedIn, and office tools. * **Organized Profile:** We seek someone who enjoys process discipline and understands that accurate data entry enables future sales closure. * **Communication:** Excellent writing skills and ease in conducting professional, clear telephone conversations. Ability to build strong client relationships.
