Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree holder Experience: Prior experience in similar roles, preferably in billing, minimum 1 year Skills: Advanced knowledge of electronic invoicing systems (CFDI 4.0). Proficiency in ERP systems, addenda, and customer management tools. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Job Responsibilities: Invoice Issuance: Generate CFDI 4.0, credit notes, advance invoices, and transport documents, ensuring accuracy of tax-related data and amounts. Portal Management: Manage and validate transactions on portals such as Walmart, Chedraui, etc. Tax Validation: Correctly apply payment methods (PUE/PPD) and CFDI usage according to current regulations. Addenda and ERP Usage: Prepare addenda and utilize ERP systems for invoice and customer management. Reporting: Prepare billing reports, appointments, etc. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate information on invoices, appointments, etc. Additional Benefits and Perks: Competitive salary: $12,500 NET monthly.
