




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to handle journal entry recording, reconciliation, electronic invoicing, account follow-up, management of accounting and tax documentation, and support in report generation. Experience: Recent graduate or 6 months in similar roles. Knowledge: Proficiency in computer equipment and Microsoft Office suite. Desirable: Accounting systems such as Microsip or ERP software. Availability to comply with working hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:30–19:30 (including lunch break). **Responsibilities:** Records accounting journal entries and reconciles sales, income, and bank transactions; reviews and validates invoices; supports electronic invoicing; follows up on accounts receivable and payable. Maintains and archives accounting and tax documentation; supports accounting inventory control; prepares accounting and administrative reports. Maintains constant communication with internal departments and assists in fulfilling tax obligations under supervision. **Work Location:** Centro neighborhood, Oaxaca de Juárez.
