




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage files, oversee a property portfolio, provide customer service, and offer daily operational support. Word, PDF, WhatsApp Business, Google Drive, / OneDrive, and Canva **Responsibilities** Control and organization of physical and digital files; registration and tracking of payments, reservations, and administrative transactions; vehicle inventory control; management of available property portfolios. File integration, customer service, timely follow-up on leads (prospects), appointment scheduling and reminders, customer referral for sales, support in closing appointments, calendar management (appointments, signings, deliveries), daily task follow-up, general support to the administrative department, and resolution of day-to-day operational matters. **Required Skills** Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and professional email; file management (digital and physical); basic knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and payment receipts; calendar management (appointments, signings, deliveries); daily task follow-up; payment tracking (reserved customers, rents); complete document organization; sales experience and ability to close appointments. ***We offer a monthly salary of $9,000, paid in cash.*** Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Work location: Near Colegio Mexiquense or Prepa 5, San Felipe Tlalmimilolpan Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
