Completion of professional internships or social service **Objective** Support the accounting department in recording, controlling, and organizing the company’s financial information, gaining practical experience in accounting and administrative processes under the supervision of the responsible department. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Assist in the accounting recording of revenues, expenses, and journal entries. * Enter data into accounting systems and spreadsheets. * Assist in bank account reconciliations. * Classify and file accounting and tax documentation. * Assist in preparing basic accounting reports. * Review invoices and tax documentation (CFDI). * Assist in tax-related activities and financial closing procedures. * Follow up on internal requests from the accounting department. * Comply with internal policies, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements** * Recent graduate of Public Accounting (degree holders or currently enrolled in final semesters). * Basic knowledge of general accounting. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of electronic invoicing. **Competencies and Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Willingness to learn. * Teamwork. * Confidentiality of information. * Proactive attitude. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Training and mentoring. * Practical experience in the accounting field. * Completion of professional internships or social service (as applicable).
