At TIBA Mexico, we are looking for a passionate **Night Shift Maritime Pricing Executive**, with strong logistics expertise and skills in negotiation and freight rate analysis. Join our team! **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supplier management. \- Strategically channel cargo according to our location and balance with major shipping lines. \- Secure booking confirmations. \- Detailed freight rate analysis and preparation of comparative reports. \- Rate and contract support. \- Rate negotiation and capture. **JOB PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Relations or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * **LCL Pricing Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in maritime pricing or procurement at a Freight Forwarder. * **Negotiation Skills:** Experience negotiating with shipping lines and suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms. * **Industry Knowledge:** Solid understanding of INCOTERMS, shipping routes, carriers, and NVOCCs. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * 100% on-payroll base salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits.
