Key Responsibilities/Activities: Responsible for visiting all customers assigned to the sales route, fully complying with every step of the sales process. Conduct prospecting and acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory and in the business segments corresponding to the assigned sales channel. Properly manage assets, commercial terms, informal credit arrangements, and materials provided by the company to enhance job performance and ensure asset profitability. Advise retailers on optimal handling of the company’s product portfolio and its benefits for both end consumers and themselves, supporting continuous development and mutual profitability. Accurately implement the commercial strategy for each channel\-segment to achieve greater vertical and horizontal coverage. Allocate appropriate time and visit frequency for each customer.
