Focus on problem solving and customer service. **SETH Mexico (Specialized Human Talent Services Mexico) is seeking a Service Supervisor in Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **LEADING PEST CONTROL SERVICES COMPANY SEEKING THE FOLLOWING DUE TO GROWTH:** **SERVICE SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in logistics, service route planning and organization; route management experience; familiarity with Mexico City; personnel management; administrative tasks; intermediate-level Office software proficiency (Excel, Word). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Planning and organizing service routes * Optimizing service routes * Ensuring service delivery to end customers * Assigning routes and resources (tools and supplies from warehouse) to Pest Control Technicians * Procurement of pest control supplies * Incident reporting * Vehicle monitoring COMPETENCIES: * Strong verbal communication skills * Problem-solving ability * Customer service orientation * Activity organization and planning **WE OFFER**: * Salary: $14,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays: remote work (Home Office) * Work location: Tlalnepantla (Electra neighborhood, very close to Periférico).
