




Position Summary: We are seeking students in their final semester of university to develop within the industrial sector, performing programming and configuration tasks for special equipment. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED: **Offline Activities:** Register PLC, HMI, GDS of special equipment and general peripherals in the program (according to project scope) Assign agreed-upon IP addresses and names for special equipment Import all PLC I/O points according to the I/O list Incorporate all standard function blocks (FBs) to be used in the project (remove unused ones) Organize module and station structure according to project layout Program standard alarms in PLC and HMI (emergency stops, cylinders, etc.) Program special alarms in PLC and HMI (according to alarm standard document) Program pneumatic actuators in PLC with corresponding inputs and outputs Program manual movements of special equipment in PLC Program safety conditions for actuators (to prevent collisions or unsafe conditions) Program programmable safety relay (review safety review minutes) Home Grafcets in SFC Edit (must be saved on server and reviewed by project responsible) Automatic Grafcets in SFC Edit (must be saved on server and reviewed by project responsible) Home sequence programmed in PLC Automatic sequence programmed in PLC **Online Activities:** Station mapping using mapping file (keep version 1 and version 2 on server) Machine safety verification (emergency stop, safety curtains, etc.) Configuration of special equipment (hardware correctly recognized in PLC with correct IP address) Manual movements of pneumatic actuators via HMI (with safety conditions verified) Manual movements of special equipment via HMI (with safety conditions verified) Alarm verification (general, cylinders, special equipment, etc.) Home sequence (verify home execution under various conditions) Automatic sequence (test all branches of the sequence, bypasses, messaging) HMI verification (counters, cycle time, error IDs, general spelling, etc.) Special operation modes (empty mode, semi-automatic, rework, continuous cycle, etc.) Station cycle-time verification (according to project specifications) REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in the final semester of one of the following programs: ELECTRONICS, MECHATRONICS, AUTOMATION OR RELATED FIELD. * Seeking internship or professional residency, preferably full-time.
