Practical experience with multiple selection processes REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in economics and administration, psychology, or related field 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and personnel selection Strong ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based) (Preferred) Practical experience with multiple selection processes (telephone interviews, reference checks) RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain at least 95% monthly staffing coverage for the authorized company workforce by attracting suitable human talent aligned with the required job profile and achieving 80% compliance with necessary job competencies Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
