Primary responsibilities include providing customer service, assisting across various operational areas, and ensuring a pleasant and safe experience for visitors. * **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and resolve visitor inquiries. * Ensure facilities remain orderly, clean, and fully functional. * Support the organization of events and special activities. * Assist with queue management and coordination of crowd flow in high-traffic areas. * Intervene to prevent or resolve any issues affecting customer experience. * Maintain the inflatable equipment clean and in good working condition. * **Requirements:** * Interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to **work in a team** and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday and on holidays. * Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer service. * Prior experience in customer service or a similar environment (preferred). * **We Offer:** * Base salary * Internal growth and development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,000\.00 \- $8,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
