Opportunity for continuous improvement and project management **Business: Purina, Silao Factory** **Purpose of the Position:** Coordinate manufacturing area operations, monitoring administrative controls, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), facility maintenance, and providing technical support to operations personnel during operational contingencies—preventing and correcting equipment failures through the Engineering department and proactively identifying risks or impacts to safety or the environment—to achieve production targets without affecting product quality and/or safety. **Required Knowledge / Experience:** * **Bachelor's degree holder** in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience managing personnel and supervising production * Experience in production areas and adherence to key standards and regulations * Compliance with SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) and Quality standards * Desired software knowledge: SAP, DMO, Excel, and Power BI * Experience with the **TPM** methodology * **English:** **Basic/Intermediate** **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…** * **Safety and Environment** Continuously identify, record, and communicate hazards and incidents within the work environment; understand procedures established under ISO 45001 to strengthen the system through observation of behaviors and conditions in the work area. Coordinate housekeeping and cleaning activities in the area, developing necessary programs and tracking their implementation to ensure product quality and safety. Ensure operational adherence to the area’s Quality Management System (QMS), preventing quality deviations in the area. * **NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence)** Adopt a results-oriented approach, proactively cooperating to identify and actively communicate quantifiable improvements that drive objective achievement through continuous improvement behaviors. Manage development and updating of operational procedures and work instructions, LIL standards, centerline, etc. Contribute to and track improvement projects, seeking continuous growth in manufacturing productivity and reliability to ensure product availability in the market according to business needs.
