We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** * Establish strategies and logistics to meet established service levels across all environments, as well as corresponding metrics defined for the area in project management, inventory, and ATMs. * Provide business advisory and support regarding IT services that help achieve business objectives. * Manage IT infrastructure services across various environments. * Manage and design new project initiatives, including tracking and implementation of technology solutions. * Manage and innovate processes and resource utilization related to services, projects, inventory, and ATMs to sustain continuous improvement. * Apply: + Field experience and prior knowledge to address new challenges and opportunities, leveraging analysis, evaluation, comparison, and elimination relative to newly acquired or existing knowledge. + Periodic evaluations of the work team, providing positive feedback to achieve goals and objectives. + Periodic evaluations to identify workload equity and, if necessary, make appropriate adjustments based on skills and experience to best balance workloads and maintain a cordial and harmonious work environment. * Establish: + Meetings with work teams to maintain continuous feedback on the department’s vision, scope, objectives, and current status. + Work plans for timely and proper execution of technological renewal, expansion, and third-party projects. Identify schedules for tracking and ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as managing and monitoring accurate inventory updates as part of compliance with standards and service levels. + Improvement plans and their documentation for processes requiring them. **Requirements:** * Preferred academic background: Computer Systems Engineer or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems; Informatics Engineer; ICT Engineer; Bachelor’s degree in Informatics. * Years of experience: Preferably over 3 years. * Areas of expertise: Computing, telecommunications, information technologies. * Creativity in executive presentations. * Team leadership skills. * Required knowledge: + Technical support, project administration, mobile device management, time management, teamwork. + Administrative process management. + Installation, configuration, and updating of computing equipment. + Practical experience in Windows environments, Windows and macOS operating systems, iOS and Android mobile devices. + Network administration. + Writing and preparation of executive reports. + Vendor management and coordination with internal IT departments. + Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence as a supporting tool. * Languages: English proficiency at 70% preferred, technical reading ability. * Willingness to travel: NO * Willingness to relocate: NO At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
