




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and coordinate all HR functions, including recruitment, development, and labor relations. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in personnel management and coordination **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 28 and above * 5 years of experience in a managerial role. * General experience in Human Resources. * Employment stability. * Gender: Indifferent * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, or Administration * Personnel management and coordination skills. * Organized and responsible. * Leadership **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Knowledge of current Labor Law * Develop and update Human Resources policies * Manage the recruitment process. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, incidents, IMSS, FONACOT, Infonavit * Employee orientation and separation procedures * Performance and competency evaluations * Workplace climate assessment * Job descriptions and position profiles * Development of the HR department’s strategic plan * Labor relations * Recruitment and selection. * Payroll administration * Personnel incident tracking. * Occupational safety and hygiene * Regulatory compliance * Internal communication * Training and organizational development * Experience in conciliation and arbitration * Administrative procedures related to hiring. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
