Excellent work environment **Vacancy: Human Resources Assistant** **Location:** 5 minutes from Eloy Cavazos Metro Station, Guadalupe City, N.L. **Monthly Salary:** $12,000 to $13,500 (depending on experience) What will you do in this role? * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings and follow up with candidates. * Compile and manage personnel files. * Monitor time clock records, reporting attendance incidents, tardiness, and vacation days. * Decoration, team-building events, and company gatherings.} * Prepare requisitions and identify departmental needs. * Distribute physical PPE to active and newly hired staff. * Assist internal staff, resolve inquiries, and collect signatures. * Support administrative tasks within the Human Resources department. Candidate Profile: * Prior experience in Human Resources. * Basic computer skills, including Excel and email. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with staff. * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual. * Ability to work following established procedures. * Eagerness to learn and grow within the field. **What We Offer**: * Statutory benefits from day one.
