We believe in talent, professional growth, and teamwork; therefore, we seek committed, organized individuals with a service-oriented attitude who wish to develop in a dynamic environment offering learning opportunities. **IT MANAGER // REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SECTOR (SERVICES)** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Information Technology areas. * Prior experience in leadership or IT team coordination roles. * Experience managing technology projects and system integrations. * 100% on-site position; must currently reside in the CDMX area (mandatory) **Responsibilities:** * Lead SAP implementation and configuration. * Administer and optimize inventory processes within technological systems. * Supervise the operation and continuous improvement of the virtual store (Procurement Area). * Coordinate and track strategic IT projects. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technology solutions aligned with strategy. * Provide technical support and guidance to key users. * Manage system integrations (ERPs and related platforms). * Ensure documentation of processes, configurations, and implemented improvements. * Manage personnel under direct supervision **Benefits:** * Salary: $50,000–$60,000 * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday * Job location: Insurgentes Reforma \- Near Monumento a la Madre * Opportunity to lead strategic digital transformation projects. * Professional development in a dynamic and challenging environment.
