Job Description and Responsibilities
Administer, control, and monitor collection processes, cost closing, administrative control of construction projects, and contractual support—ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable information for decision-making, effective customer service under administrative management frameworks, and proper control of resources, equipment, and consumption associated with projects.
Experience and Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in administrative roles, project control, collections, cost control, or financial control; preferably in construction-sector companies. ERP system proficiency, preferably Enkontrol; intermediate or advanced Excel skills; expertise in cost control, contracts, account statements, accounts receivable, and hourly machinery cost tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
