Maintain effective communication with guests and operational staff. **Job Objective:** Safeguard the physical well-being of guests and staff in pool and beach areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing immediate assistance in case of emergency. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a lifeguard in hospitality, parks, or recreational centers. * Valid lifeguard and/or first aid certification. * Knowledge of CPR and emergency response. * Excellent physical condition and swimming skills. * Flexible availability for scheduling. * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility. * Advanced English (desirable) **Primary Responsibilities:** * Constantly monitor aquatic areas. * Implement safety and prevention protocols. * Provide first aid when necessary. * Verify proper use of facilities and safety equipment. * Report incidents and hazardous conditions. * Maintain effective communication with guests and operational staff.
