Main Responsibilities: · Identify potential customer needs during interactions and, based on those needs, identify sales opportunities. · Provide customer service and serve all users for various transactions requested at the counter, as part of the transactional activities demanded by their products / services. · Carry out internal tasks required to ensure smooth execution of customer-requested operations. · Comply fully with all institutional regulatory and security requirements in both operations and customer service. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, Economics, or currently pursuing such a degree. · Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred, or no experience required. · High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, strong verbal communication skills, and interpersonal relationship skills.
