Support in financial planning. **Job Description** As a Treasury Analyst at CTC, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the company’s financial resources. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and controlling cash flow, administering payments and collections, preparing financial reports, and supporting financial planning. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in the Centro district of Monterrey, N.L., offering a dynamic and professional work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and execution of payments via electronic banking (BBVA). * Validation and reconciliation of daily income from branches. * Scheduling and tracking of supplier payments according to due dates. * Monitoring and preparation of cash flow reports. * Administration of petty cash and operational cash control. * Liaising with and following up on supplier inquiries and account statements. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (degree required). **Experience:** * 1–2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or other financial areas. **Knowledge:** * Electronic banking (BBVA preferred). * ERP systems (SAP or similar). * Intermediate–advanced Excel. * Bank reconciliations and general accounting. **Key Competencies:** * High attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organization and time management. * Ethics and confidentiality. * Effective communication with suppliers and internal teams. * Ability to work under pressure. **Salary**: $18,000 to $21,000 MXN per month. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Work Modality**: On-site. **Location**: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
