**Different Technologies SAPI de CV is seeking a Field Collection Supervisor in Roma Nte. \- Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Join Banco Plata!** We have just received our banking license and are entering a phase of accelerated growth, continuous innovation, and real opportunities for those who want to build something big. **Be part of the financial revolution transforming Mexico!** **What will you do as a Field Collection Supervisor?** Supervise and coordinate field collection operations by monitoring key performance indicators, managing operational teams, and overseeing recovery strategies to ensure achievement of collection targets, productivity goals, and operational quality standards within the assigned region. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise the activities and performance of field collection officers, monitoring attendance, productivity, and adherence to operational guidelines to ensure proper execution of operations and achievement of recovery targets. * Conduct field audits and accompany field collection officers, evaluating collection practices and providing operational feedback and coaching to strengthen negotiation skills and improve team performance. * Develop and implement field collection strategies by analyzing operational metrics and portfolio behavior to increase recovery rates and reduce delinquency levels. * Manage high-complexity or high-risk accounts, negotiating alternative recovery options and closely monitoring critical cases to ensure effective resolutions and minimize financial losses. * Analyze operational metrics and collection results, preparing productivity, recovery, and team performance reports to support decision-making and objective tracking. * Monitor the distribution and management of the assigned portfolio, tracking recovery progress and compliance with operational strategies to optimize field collection management in the assigned region. * Coordinate and develop the field collection officer team, monitoring performance, operational discipline, and goal attainment to enhance operational productivity and effectiveness. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and collection protocols by supervising proper field execution of processes to mitigate operational and reputational risks. **Position Requirements:** * 2–4 years of experience in field collection, portfolio recovery, or supervision of financial operations. * Intermediate English * Experience leading field collection or recovery teams. * Experience monitoring recovery, productivity, and performance indicators. * Experience managing field routes, portfolio assignment, and operational monitoring of field teams. * Experience in negotiation and handling delinquent or overdue accounts. * Experience working under recovery targets and metrics. **Technical Knowledge** * Field collection and overdue portfolio recovery processes. * Credit negotiation and recovery strategies. * Administration and monitoring of operational indicators (KPIs). * Portfolio management and assignment for collections. * Proficiency in Excel and operational control tools. * Basic knowledge of financial products and regulations applicable to collections. * Supervision of operational teams and productivity monitoring. * Preparation of operational reports and analysis of results. Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Rotating weekend days off Work Location: Av.
