Apply today and grow with us! Requirements: ° Two years of pharmacy experience. ° Flexible schedule availability. Activities: 1\. Conduct verification visits to assigned establishments. 2\. Complete a checklist or report for each visited establishment. . Approve PNOs. 4\. Ensure staff are familiar with the PNOs related to duties corresponding to each position. 5\. Ensure implementation of PNOs. 6\. Review and verify that all legal health-related documents are complete and up-to-date. 7\. Review information recorded in control logs and VS system (prescriptions and invoices). 8\. Periodically conduct inventory balances of controlled medications. 9\. Sign to authorize (record) controlled medications and antibiotics. 10\. Review compliance with requirements for retained medical prescriptions for controlled medications and antibiotics. 11\. Supervise periodic staff training on dispensing and handling of medications and other health supplies. 12\. Supervise that the establishment possesses necessary equipment, in good condition and proper working order, for storage and preservation of health supplies. 13\. Supervise that no improper activities occur at the establishment. 14\. Know and apply sanitary regulations applicable to pharmacies. 15\. Supervise safeguarding and preservation of dispensed medical prescriptions and invoices. 16\. Supervise periodic review of expiration dates for medications and other health supplies. 17\. Report and follow up in writing on any anomalies or non-compliance (non-conformities) regarding PNOs at the establishment, addressed to the responsible party. 18\. Sign logs and forms derived from operations and PNOs requiring such signature.
