Requirements: Junior Production Supervisor: Work location: Venustiano Carranza Borough, behind the airport. Junior Production Supervisor: 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields. Completed high school education. Supervision of personnel under direct responsibility, leadership skills, and command ability. Development and implementation of processes and work plans. Management of bag and finished product inventories. First entries and first exits. Production metrics management. Personnel payroll incidents. Good manufacturing practices. Values management. Safety and hygiene. Personal protective equipment. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows. 12-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off.
