Supervision of works: Job Objective Supervise, coordinate, and control the execution of urbanization works in social housing developments, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, safety, and cost requirements established by the company. Main Responsibilities * Earthworks * Grading and platforms * Curb and sidewalk construction * Pavement construction * Hydro-sanitary networks * Sanitary and storm drainage systems * Potable water systems * Electrification and lighting * Complementary works and roadways * Coordinate contractors and site personnel. * Verify physical progress against the construction schedule. * Request and control materials and machinery. * Prepare estimates and payment certificates. * Review drawings and compliance with specifications. * Daily and weekly progress reports. * Follow-up on tests and deliveries to regulatory authorities. * Quality and safety control on site. * Coordination with surveying and laboratory teams. * Follow-up on observations from supervision and internal audits. Requirements * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. * Experience in urbanization of mass-produced or social housing projects. * Knowledge of urban infrastructure construction processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and construction management software. * Ability to read and interpret drawings. * Experience managing contractors and operational staff. * Flexible working hours.
