A leading corporate group in the commercial and services sector, with a solid organizational structure and continuous growth, is seeking a strategic and operational professional to lead the Talent area.
**Job Objective**
Design, lead, and implement the organization’s comprehensive Human Capital strategy, ensuring talent development, accurate payroll administration, strict compliance with labor and tax regulations, and strengthening of organizational culture and workplace climate. **We are not looking for MANAGERS—we are looking for LEADERS.**
**Profile:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related field (degree completed).
* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of general Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years leading the full HR function. Proven experience in commercial, retail, or service-sector companies with robust operational workforces is essential.
* **Experience** in end-to-end payroll processes (calculation, disbursement, electronic invoicing [timbrado], local and federal taxes).
* Advanced proficiency in official social security and tax platforms.
* Organizational Development strategies and talent retention practices.
* Experience handling and resolving labor and tax audits.
