Stock Control Analyst**Position Summary** Location: Silao, Guanajuato Company: Nestlé Purina Schedule: Availability for rotating shifts and breaks Education: Completed Engineering or Bachelor's degree. **Internal Requirements:*** 1 year in current position. * No absences or sanctions in the last 6 months. * 100% completion of courses and learning paths. * No other concurrent recruitment processes. * \+ 4 months since previous application. **Job Mission:** Ensure inventory reliability and accuracy through control, analysis, and execution of logistics and warehousing processes, guaranteeing material availability for production and compliance with operational, regulatory, and quality standards. **A Day in the Life of...*** Delivering reconciled, up-to-date inventory with no significant discrepancies to ensure real material availability, prevent production stoppages, and avoid accounting losses. * Ensuring material dispatch according to FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) to reduce losses, prevent obsolescence, and ensure correct inventory turnover. * Delivering materials on time and as required to ensure the production line does not halt due to material shortages. * Conducting monthly loss cause analysis and action planning to minimize financial losses and maintain quality standards. * Maintaining documentation updated and readily available at all times; participating in audits to comply with corporate, regulatory, quality, and safety standards, ensuring compliance. * Proactively reporting unsafe conditions and following up on corrective actions, prioritizing employee safety to ensure a safe working environment. * Ensuring the unloading area, fat silos, and grain & flour silos operate under basic conditions, maintaining order and cleanliness to prevent slips, contamination, material loss, and environmental contamination. * Ensuring daily rack checklists are completed, findings are closed, and monthly and annual maintenance is performed to guarantee employee safety. **What Will Make You Successful*** Experience in raw material receiving and unloading processes. * Experience in personnel management. * Experience in inventory control and audits. * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (5S, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping)
