We are seeking a Quality Standards Expert with automotive industry experience. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience with quality standards in the automotive sector * Knowledge of internal and external audits * Experience managing continuous improvement processes * Education: Industrial engineering, automotive engineering, or related field **Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor quality standards * Supervise processes to ensure compliance with standards * Conduct internal audits and follow up on findings * Generate reports and continuous improvement plans **Competencies and Skills** * Problem analysis and resolution * Results-oriented mindset * Attention to detail * Teamwork **Compensation** * Base monthly salary of $15,000 * Guaranteed bonus of $10,000 during the first month * Subsequently, commission-based compensation plus base salary **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 hrs * Saturday, 9:00–14:00 hrs At AUTOCOM, we value diversity and inclusion.
