




Job Summary: Supervise and promote service quality, sales, inventory, and personnel at assigned branches, ensuring achievement of objectives and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads teams and promotes the development of collaborators. 2. Ensures operational continuity and achievement of objectives. 3. Manages service quality, sales, and inventory at branches. *Promote and supervise the delivery of excellent customer service to both current and potential customers across all branches within the assigned district. *Supervise proper planning, organization, and control of sales, inventory, returns, exchanges, and expenses at assigned branches. *Supervise appropriate distribution of workloads, schedules, and rest days for collaborators at assigned branches to ensure achievement of company-defined objectives. *Administers, controls, and audits cash handling, assets, and inventory—including inventory audits—to detect deviations, identify variances, and prevent potential fraud at assigned branches. *Implements, supervises, and ensures compliance with corporate standards regarding store image, marketing campaigns, store design, promotions, and offers at assigned branches, as well as submission of evidence and delivery of reports. *Schedules calls to branches and organizes periodic meetings with direct collaborators to communicate defined goals, convey brand values, identify needs, and foster effective communication and teamwork. *Selects, trains, develops, and evaluates the skills and performance of direct collaborators, driving their growth and objective achievement. *Permanently and temporarily substitutes branch managers during absences, ensuring operational continuity and objective achievement. *Monitors service cutoff dates for assigned branches and manages timely payment in coordination with the accounting department. *Attends meetings, conferences, and/or training courses scheduled by Human Resources, Retail Manager, Zone Manager, Marketing Manager, and/or General Director, with availability to travel to other cities as required.
