




Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in managing and contracting construction contractors, with a focus on evaluation and selection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the attraction, evaluation, and selection of contractors for construction projects. 2. Manage recruitment and selection processes for on-site personnel. 3. Collaborate in hiring profiles aligned with operational needs. Join our team—we are looking for an **Architect (Contractor Sourcing\-Construction Site Administrator)** **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in **contractor sourcing, site supervision, or construction administration** * Knowledge of contractor, service provider, and supply vendor selection, recruitment, and contracting; contractor and vendor evaluation * Project management experience (drywall, electrical, on-site furniture installation, etc.) * Knowledge of construction planning and construction materials **Responsibilities:** * Execute strategies for attracting, evaluating, selecting, and contracting construction contractors (evaluate potential contractors based on criteria such as **price, quality, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and service)** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (posting vacancies on social media, job fairs, local sources, or **visiting construction sites directly to identify contractors**) * Collaborate with the Supplies and Services Department to ensure hiring of profiles aligned with operational requirements. * Submit vendor onboarding requests in SAP system and prepare documentation and file control * Update vendor and contractor database DC3 management and medical certificates for construction sites * **Skills** **Talent Identification and Evaluation**, Contractor Management, Negotiation, Sense of Urgency, Communication **We Offer** * Monthly salary commensurate with qualifications * Statutory benefits \+ Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Working hours: Monday to Friday
