Position Summary: HEPTAPHARMA S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Documentation Technician to update and prepare blueprints, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement at the plant. Service-oriented attitude Proactive Minimum one year of REQUIRED experience in the position (preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry). Responsibilities and Functions: Implement existing blueprints to update or prepare new blueprints according to plant modifications and/or renovations. Prepare and update PNO programs, lists, catalogs, and documentation requested by other departments. Respond to the QMS (Quality Management System). Prepare and control logbooks.
