**Corporate office of Grupo Andrade Automotriz,** with franchises including Chevrolet, Nissan, Ford, Hyundai, and others, is seeking: **Accounts Payable Assistant (Floor Plan Program).** **Work location:** Benito Juárez, CDMX (5 minutes from the Metro and MB Etiopia stations). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting (Completed).** * **Two years’ experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting** (Recent and verifiable). * **Intermediate Excel proficiency (60%),** including pivot tables, concatenation, and formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, data cross-referencing, etc. **(An assessment will be administered.)** **Job responsibilities:** * Accounts Payable. * Accounting application of payments. * Performing reconciliations. * Recording bank credits. * Reconciliation with financial institutions (payments to financial institutions and maturity dates). * **Data analysis in Excel.** * Interaction with suppliers. * Accounting application of payments. **We offer:** * **Base salary of $18,000 gross monthly.** * **Statutory benefits** (vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium, 100% IMSS contributions). * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday **(On-site)** from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays **(Remote work)** from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Direct employment with the company. * Discounts and preferential pricing with brands or business units. * Team-oriented environment and positive workplace culture. * Bi-weekly and timely payments **EXCLUSIVELY via BBVA.** **If you are interested in this position, please apply through this channel with your UPDATED CV, and we will contact you.** Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract Application question(s): * What is your Excel proficiency level on a scale of 1 to 100%?
