Responsibilities: Deliver in-person and online courses, workshops, and training activities tailored to the team’s needs and objectives. Evaluate participant performance, learning outcomes, and satisfaction, as well as the impact of training. Prepare reports and summaries on conducted training activities. Collaborate with the training team to identify development needs. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. Support the onboarding process for new hires and serve as a mentor during their integration.
