Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to join our clinical security team, overseeing the protection of staff, patients, and facilities, and coordinating security personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the comprehensive security of the clinic. 2. Coordinate and supervise security personnel and valet parking staff. 3. Respond to incidents and coordinate emergency response teams. We seek personnel to join our clinical security team, with a completed technical high school diploma and training in security, civil protection, emergency response teams, first aid, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar activities. * Driver’s license (preferred). REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN: * Occupational safety and health regulations (STPS) * Civil protection protocols. * Preventive and response measures for fire emergencies. * Proper use of metal detectors (Garrett). * Application of basic institutional security protocols in clinical environments. SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Supervise clinic security, ensuring protection of staff, patients, visitors, facilities, and assets. * Coordinate and supervise security and valet parking personnel, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and policies. * Control access and flow of people, suppliers, and goods, and review entry and exit logs. * Respond to incidents, contingencies, and risk situations, reporting suspicious activities and recording events in logs. * Coordinate internal security and emergency response teams, as well as plan and conduct civil protection drills. * Supervise compliance with safety and risk prevention standards, including fire-fighting equipment and monitoring systems. * Keep processes, manuals, and coordination with internal departments, suppliers, and security authorities up to date.
