Excellent work environment Event Assembly Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking an Event Assembly Coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the logistical and operational execution of event setup and teardown, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements for each project. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate operational staff for event setup and teardown. Supervise adherence to delivery timelines and schedules. Verify that setup is performed according to client requirements. Coordinate logistics for transportation, equipment, and materials. Supervise proper use of tools and work equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Resolve incidents occurring during setup and teardown. Maintain constant communication with clients and internal departments. Prepare operational and follow-up reports. Manage inventory of materials used in events. Requirements: Education: Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly coordination, events, logistics, or production. Experience managing operational staff. Flexible availability (including weekends and night shifts). Ability to work under pressure. Valid driver’s license (desirable). Knowledge of logistics and assembly of structures, furniture, and equipment (preferred).
